1. You can choose your order items and put in the shopping bag and check out.
2. For first time customers, please create a new account and fill out the information requested.
3. Your billing and shipping address must be the same.
4. You will be taken to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information.
5. Choose shipping method and review all the information before you click "PURCHASE"
6. Wait for the "order confirmation #" and print the page to keep record.
7. Hair Prescriptions Rx will send you a final e-mail confirmation for exact amount charged on your card with any adjustments on shipping charges on your order. You will also be given a tracking link for your order delivery status.

Phone Order

1. For phone orders both US and international please call 1-770-907-1420
2. For Credit Card Orders  orders must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card.
3. NO will call. (NO pick-up at U.P.S.). Orders can not be made over the phone and have someone else (other than the card holder) pick up in store.

C.O.D

Collect on delivery, Money Order or Cashier's Check only. C.O.D. orders are not available for first time orders and online orders.

Mail Orders

Please fill out the order form completely and print.  Send check or money order payable to Hair Prescriptions Rx (No temporary checks please). We can send the merchandise out the same day we receive your order unless additional information is required. Click here to download the order form.

International Orders

International Orders  Must be prepaid in U.S. funds. The merchandise needs to be paid in full before we can send it out. We can ship U.P.S. or Post Office Express. (Other carriers can be used by request only). Please call us for more information. Sorry, we DO NOT accept out of country postal money orders. Money orders/cashier's check made from the banks are preferred.
We are NOT responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for any International deliveries.

Western Union Money Transfer

Money transfer through Western Union has gotten faster and easier. For a fee of $12.99 and up for domestic purchases, $22.00 and up for out of United States purchases, you can now transfer money the same day to Hair Prescriptions Rx. You can either take cash to the nearest Western Union or charge it on your credit card from convenience of your home. Tell the Western Union agent that we are a "quick collect customer" and fill out a blue quick collect form. You must have our CODE CITY which is HairRx, GA. Please write your customer number and the name of your sales representative on the memo section for speedy processing. Once the money is transferred, please call us with the control number. You can now send the money by phone and charge it to your credit card with an extra fee. Fees are subject to change.
